Here is an update since my last post. With regards to the recall sessions, I have not found a totally secluded area yet. Daisie needs to burn off energy, so I drive to the park etc., and if it is quiet I put her on the 30ft lead and have a recall session. She responds well, except when she is playin...

Poor Willow. Hopefully the new owner will have a very large garden where she can run around to her hearts content. I started the short walks yesterday, and decided not to attempt to go to the park, local fields, canal tow path or anywhere where I was more likely to come across other dogs. So I walk ...

My pup Daisie (she is now 7months) used to eat her pooh and anything else she could find when we went for walks. I taught her the 'leave it' command and will now leave anything alone when I issue the command. Maybe you could incorporate that command along with the change of food.
