We gave up on our morning walk pretty quickly because he wanted to play silly burgers while we were still beside the road. I wasn't sure that this was all play and excitement as he doesn't usually like the snow so there could have been frustration as well and I didn't fancy my chances of being able to let him off lead before he completely lost it... So we played in the garden instead.
OK, no dog in this one, but I'm rather proud of our new compost/leaf mould bins
This much snow is a rarity in our neck of the woods. It's tempting to drive him to the woods to give him more chance of enjoying it, but I'm not the best driver in the world and have zero experience of driving in snowy conditions so it's probably not worth the risk.

Aaaaand more, from this afternoon's walk:
You have to look twice to see which end is which here, and I'm still not sure where his head has gone
Shame about my glove in the corner of the pic

Jasper making snow angels: I say 'What have you done now?' at the start because he'd just yelped - probably rolled on a buried stick or something...

Lovely lovely It's so nice to see him enjoying himself
I'd say that's an impressionist's snow angel though, at least
