Weird Rash

A few days ago i think my dog got a bug bite since he was already going to be at the vet i had them look at it and they shrugged it off and said allergies give him benadryl. Since then he has been licking it raw first tried the e-collar but he can still lick it with it on, now he's wearing doggie pajamas and i've been using a hydrocortisone spray i picked up at the petstore but so far it looks pretty much the same so was wondering what your opinions would be.
